Neurodivergent students don't need more work; they need different access points. As a Licensed K-12 Administrator and Reading Specialist, I provide teachers with the tactical framework to support ADHD, Autistic, and Dyslexic learners within the general education or inclusion classroom.
This training moves beyond basic accommodations. I teach educators how to identify 'Executive Function Friction' in their literacy blocks and implement sensory-smart strategies that reduce cognitive load. Whether through a one-on-one classroom audit or full-staff professional development, my goal is to help teachers create environments where neurodivergent students thrive without increasing teacher burnout.
